This seed starts you in a fairly typical Plains biome, but don't let that fool you. Just about 35 blocks from your spawn point, you can dig down to an Amethyst Geode. This makes for a great early-game resource, letting you get started with tinted glass or decorative blocks without much travel.

If you're looking for more dramatic scenery, head south. The landscape quickly transitions to forests and then rises into snowy peaks. The real gem, however, is a small Cherry Grove biome, located about 802 blocks away. It's a bit of a journey, but worth it for the unique aesthetic.
