Dark Forest Spawn with a Close Woodland Mansion
Seed · Java 26.2
This seed drops you right into a Dark Forest, but the real highlight is the Woodland Mansion waiting just about 57 blocks away at (48, 48). It's an exceptionally close mansion, offering a rare opportunity for early game exploration and loot. You can literally walk there within minutes of spawning.
Beyond the immediate mansion, this seed offers a balanced mix of biomes and structures, though many require a bit of a journey. You will find a variety of ocean biomes, and a decent spread of forest types, providing ample resources for crafting and building if you are willing to explore.
While the immediate surroundings are not dramatically varied, the combination of a Dark Forest spawn and a very close Woodland Mansion makes this seed particularly appealing for players looking for an early challenge or specific loot, setting a unique tone for your playthrough.

- Amethyst Geode about 34 blocks away – easy access to amethyst shards
- Trial Chambers about 258 blocks away – an early-game challenge within reasonable distance
- Spawn in Dark Forest – abundant wood resources immediately available
What to watch out for
- Nearest village is a long 923-block trip – no early trading opportunities
- No dramatic mountainous biomes near spawn – the terrain is generally flat around your starting point
Around spawn
You spawn at (8, 8) at y=117, standing in the dense foliage of a Dark Forest. The terrain around you is mostly flat, covered in tall oak and dark oak trees, with a few red mushrooms scattered about. It's a typical dark forest experience, providing an abundance of wood from the start.
Structures
The standout feature is a Woodland Mansion just about 57 blocks from spawn. Other structures like an Amethyst Geode (about 34 blocks) and Trial Chambers (about 258 blocks) are relatively close, but many key structures are a significant distance away.
Biomes
Your spawn is within a Dark Forest, which is a notable biome. Ocean biomes dominate the wider area, covering over 23% of the nearby space. You will also find a good mix of other forest types and a small patch of Grove about 45 blocks away.
