You spawn in a fairly typical Plains biome, but don't let that fool you. Just about 358 blocks away, you can find a striking Ice Spikes biome, offering a dramatic change of scenery and unique building materials. This makes for an interesting early game exploration, letting you gather resources in comfort before venturing into the colder biomes.

For practical needs, a village is also quite close, roughly 201 blocks from your spawn point. This provides an immediate source of food, shelter, and trading opportunities, giving you a solid foundation for your survival journey. Heading there first will set you up nicely for whatever challenges you decide to tackle next.
