A Quick Mineshaft Start Near Spawn
Seed · Java 26.2
You land in a very accessible seed, with a mineshaft just 41 blocks from spawn. This makes for a super quick start if you are looking to gather resources and explore underground early in your game. It is a solid choice for players who want to jump straight into mining without much travel.
While spawn itself is a bit unassuming, this seed quickly opens up to diverse biomes, including a jungle, bamboo jungle, and a mushroom fields biome about 808 blocks away. This provides a good mix of environments for exploration once you have geared up from the nearby mineshaft.
For those who enjoy a bit of a trek, a village is located about 168 blocks away, offering early trading opportunities and a safe haven. Further afield, you can find a trial chambers about 239 blocks out, adding another early-game challenge.

Is this seed for you?
This seed is ideal for players who want to get straight to mining and resource gathering. The close mineshaft provides an excellent head start. It also suits those who enjoy exploring varied biomes and do not mind a moderate walk to find more unique areas like the mushroom fields or jungle.
What is good
- Mineshaft about 41 blocks from spawn — quick access to resources
- Village about 168 blocks away — early trading and shelter
- Jungle biome about 358 blocks away — diverse environment not too far off
- Mushroom Fields biome about 808 blocks away — a rare biome within reasonable travel distance
What to watch out for
- Spawn is in a flat Plains biome — not visually dramatic
- Nearest mountain biomes like Jagged Peaks are over 1100 blocks away
Around spawn
You spawn directly in a Plains biome at y=66, which is a flat and open area. There is a river about 32 blocks away, perfect for early water access. The immediate area offers plenty of space for building your first base, though it lacks dramatic terrain features.
Structures
Beyond the very close mineshaft, a village is reasonably near at about 168 blocks. For later exploration, a stronghold is located about 1522 blocks away, and an ancient city is a significant trek at about 1175 blocks.
Biomes
Plains, River, and Beach biomes dominate the immediate spawn area. For a more unique find, a Jungle biome appears about 358 blocks away, and a Mushroom Fields biome is a notable, albeit further, discovery at about 808 blocks.
