This seed plants you close to a massive, cold ocean, but the real prize is an Ancient City waiting about 1265 blocks from spawn. While it's a bit of a trek, Ancient Cities are rare finds and this one is closer than in many other worlds, offering a significant challenge and reward for those willing to venture into the deep dark.

Beyond the immediate surroundings, a captivating Ice Spikes biome is accessible about 598 blocks away. This distinctive biome, with its towering frozen formations, provides a visually striking landscape for exploration or a unique base location. It's a nice change of scenery if the extensive ocean isn't quite what you're looking for.

Around spawn

You spawn directly in a Plains biome at surface height y=67, a relatively flat and open area. There are a few trees nearby for early wood, and the terrain is gentle, making for an easy initial setup. This area transitions quickly into a river and beach, leading to a large ocean.

Structures

Several useful structures are within a reasonable distance from spawn. A Ruined Portal is about 111 blocks away and a Mineshaft about 120 blocks, both excellent for early resources. For more advanced loot, a Trial Chamber is about 286 blocks away, offering a good challenge.

Biomes

Cold Ocean and Deep Cold Ocean biomes dominate the area around spawn, making up over 44% of the surrounding landscape. If you enjoy marine exploration, this seed delivers. For striking scenery, an Ice Spikes biome is about 598 blocks away, and a small Frozen Peaks patch is about 992 blocks out.
