Cherry Grove and Mineshaft Near a Plains Spawn
Seed · Java 26.2
You'll find an Amethyst Geode just about 16 blocks from spawn, a quick dig down from the surface. This makes collecting amethyst shards straightforward right from the start. If you're looking for early resources, a Mineshaft is also quite close, located about 47 blocks away, providing a good opportunity for mining and exploration.
While your immediate spawn area is a bit plain, a small Cherry Grove biome is just about 96 blocks away, offering its unique pink aesthetic and wood for building. This provides a distinct visual change and a charming spot for a base if you prefer something less conventional than the starting Plains biome. It's a short walk to gather these unique resources.

Is this seed for you?
This seed is best for players who appreciate convenient access to early-game mining structures, specifically an Amethyst Geode and Mineshaft. It's also suitable for those who enjoy having a unique, pretty biome like a Cherry Grove within a short walk for a distinct base location, even if the immediate spawn is unassuming.
What is good
- Amethyst Geode about 16 blocks from spawn for quick shard access
- Mineshaft about 47 blocks away for early resource gathering
- Cherry Grove about 96 blocks away for unique aesthetics and wood
- Trial Chambers about 136 blocks away for an early challenge
What to watch out for
- Flat spawn with nothing dramatic in the first 100 blocks
- Nearest Village is a moderate trip, about 286 blocks away
Around spawn
You spawn at (8, 8) in a Plains biome at an elevation of y=121. The immediate area around you is mostly flat and open grassland, offering plenty of space to build a starter base without much terraforming. There aren't any striking features directly at your feet, but resources are readily available.
Structures
Beyond the very close Amethyst Geode and Mineshaft, a Trial Chambers structure is about 136 blocks away, making it a good early-game challenge. A Village is further out, about 286 blocks, so it will require a bit of a trek to reach for trading or initial shelter.
Biomes
The spawn area is dominated by Plains, covering over a quarter of the local 2048-block box, with Forest also being very common. A small Cherry Grove is about 96 blocks away, providing a splash of color. For diverse terrain, a Jagged Peaks biome is about 340 blocks out.
